Agent 40 is a young agent with the mysterious Organization. She was recently assigned to Agent 29 as a replacement for Agent 32 when 32 became Tandy Garden High School's principal. 40 posesses a lethal mastery of edged weapons, unswerving loyalty to The Organization, and a psychopathic streak a mile wide, all under the cover of a relentlessly cheery and sunny disposition. She has an intense rivalry with Agent 32, and has made it clear in no uncertain terms that she is there for when she "Screws up".
