First comic: the Wotch on Feb 27 2003

Alexandra "Alex" King is a cheerleader at Tandy Gardens High School. Alex is the leader of the TGHS cheerleading squad, and takes her duties very seriously. She is given to unnecessarily long-winded speeches with unnecessarily long words, and uses military style analogies to motivate her squad. [spoiler...]She was formerly a boy named Aaron King and a member of the football team, but Anne's personality fragment feminine pride turned her and three other boys into cheerleaders, which seems to have improved their outlook on life significantly. [...hide spoiler] Alex has an intense rivalry with fellow TGHS student Lindsay Verte, and the two dislike each other strongly.

Alex still subconciously remembers "her" old life as Aaron. When refering to her squad, it is not uncommon for her to call them "Gentlemen ..." and during her dream sequences, she is refered to as "boy" and "he" despite the fact she retains her now normal "Alexandra King" body. However, beyond such faux pas on the part of her subconcious, she possesses no recollection of her past life.

[edit] Major Events

Alex recently ran for student council president at Tandy Gardens against her old rival Lindsay Verte. She challenged Lindsay to a debate, the results of which were inconclusive at best. [spoiler...]She also may have helped stem the tide of a major extradimensional invasion taking place in the Tandy Gardens High School gymnasium. With the help of Agent 32, who temporarily transformed her into a minotaur, she defeated an army of dwarflike creatures and drove them back to their home dimension. She seems to have retained some latent shapeshifting ability from the transformation as a side effect, though the source of her uncontrolled shape-changing, which seems to be tied to her emotional state, is unclear.
