Angelique, or Angie, is the leader of the pro-human "Humaniks" in the recent civil war that has broken out in GenieWorld, and the only non-redhead that Jason has ever been interested in. When granting wishes, she's benevolent. Angie was summoned by Jason through the Bottle of Ishtarru, causing her to lose control of her powers and grant all wishes heard. The fallout from that earned her the affectionate nickname. After the curse on the bottle was broken, Angie was unable to return to her home. Not knowing how long it would be before her powers were drained from being in the human dimension for too long, she went out to make a life for herself as a normal human being. However, many months later, Jason was kidnapped and taken to the Djinn dimension. Angie, determined to save him, found a way to return to her home. While there, she betrayed her best friend to save Jason.
