Julie is Scott's girlfriend. The mysterious Agent 32, who, before the big basketball game, decided to trip people while she was still invisible, seems to have targeted Julie in particular. She and Scott joined Ivan's band of investigators to get to the bottom of the trippings, but Ivan doesn't seem to take it very seriously.
