Kali is Angelique's former best friend and leader of the anti-human "Ishtarruits" in the recent civil war. When granting wishes, she's much more like a vengeance demon in how she gleefully twists them to the extreme; once turning a boy wishing to jump better into a frog. She was assigned to deliver a lamp to Jason so that he could be brought to the Djinn Dimension by the Djinn Boss, Amaar. After Angie, Kali, Anne, and Robin went to the Dimension to save Jason, Kali betrayed Angie and destroyed their friendship. It was this schism that started the Humanik-Ishtarruit war. She recently bombed the Humanik main HQ with the Chicken Bomb.
