Milo is a quirky guy who just happens to have quite the knowledge of magic items and books. He runs "The Magic Touch", which is a magic supplies store in Tandy that most people mistake for a lingerie shop. Anne is his best customer. He is immune to all forms of body-affecting magic, including the Mythos Virus, lycanthropy, and magical healing.
