Peter Hall is the former student council president and was once the star of the Tandy Gardens High School track team. He was kidnapped and imprisoned in the school council room by the first Principal O'Brian in an inept attempt to prevent him from organizing a school dance. [spoiler...]This was followed by magically "Blanking" him from the memories of anyone who ever knew him. He was later "rescued" by the Cheer Squad, kidnapped again, and then transformed into a girl by Agent 29 from the Organization in an attempt to keep him quiet about what he knows. Peter is having a tough time coming to terms with his, or rather "her", new reality but knows that no one at school will believe him. Agent 29 was ordered to kill Peter, but it is unkown why he was spared and such elaborate steps were taken to give him a new identity.
