[edit] Complete summary

[spoiler...]

Anne schedules three meetings with teachers and a Smash Bros. session with Robin, but all at the same time! Realizing her mistake, she is about to go cancel some of the appointments when Ivan gives her the bright idea to try out the personality manifestation spell she'd been looking at recently. She immediately manifests three personality shards - Joy, Anger, and Indifference - to take care of her school commitments, while she proceeds to Robin's place.

Unexpected side-effects of the spell present themselves when Anne passes out in Robin's bathroom. Affection manifests itself and returns to the living room to toy with Robin's feelings. Not long thereafter, Feminine Pride also manifests, and a parade of Anne's personality shards is not far behind.

Back at the high school, Joy and Indifference complete their tasks and return to the rendezvous point as scheduled, but Anger, no longer in check by the other personalities, goes rogue and attacks Professor Sorgaz, transforming his body into that of Mingmei Wu. Sorgaz, chasing after a now-bored Anger, runs into Joy, instead, and pleads with her to fix him. Joy mistakenly figures he's a girl with the wrong mind instead of a man with the wrong body, and so uses a memory augmentation spell to give Sorgaz the mind of Ming, as well.

Jason, surprisingly unsurprised, encounters multiple Annes and escorts them to Robin's house, where a severely weakened original Anne explains how this all started, and that she is too weak to cast the counter spell. The gang discovers that Anne can reabsorb her personality shards simply by touching them, so they go on a hunt to track down the rest of her. Meanwhile, back at the high school, Feminine Pride encounters a group of bullies picking on Wolfie for wanting to join the wrestling team. Feminine Pride takes the opportunity to turn the chauvinist jocks into the Cheer! squad. In the gym, Kohain tempts Anger into finding and destroying the other Annes so that she can become the true Wotch.

After reabsorbing most of the stray personality shards, the gang tracks down the original three to the gymnasium, where they find Joy and Indifference trapped by a seceding Anger. Robin and Jason are quickly neutralized, leaving Anne and Anger to face off head-to-head. Unfortunately, Anger has been studying some powerful spells on her own, and appears to be too tough for Anne to handle. However, when she extracts and traps Courage from Anne in an attempt to end the battle, she unwittingly sets the rest of the personalities free, as well, and finds herself outnumbered. Together, they subdue Anger so Anne can finally reabsorb her. Too bad for Robin that Anne doesn't remember anything her personalities did while they were separated.

In another dimension, Lord Xaos commends Kohain for taking initiative and testing the Wotch. He plans further tests to further her development, and instructs Kohain to deliver the Bottle of Ishtarru to them.

[edit] Memorable Quotes

Robin: "Anne, one of us is very confused, and I honestly don't know which one it is."

Jason: "I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say something involving a Wotchcraft spell went wrong."

Jason: "Anne, even your personified sarcasm is no match for me. I've been constantly sarcastic for 15 years."

Jason: "Status of Operation 'Actually Make a Difference:' complete failure."

Anne: "I'm tired... I'm confused... And in a moment... I'll be angry again."
