Scott just moved to Tandy from Toronto. On his first day, he already had an encounter with the insanity that can happen, winding up a female mannequin for a bit! Now back to normal, though confused, Scott has no idea what will be in store for him at TG High. He has a tendency to be turned female, and immobilized. He blames this on the cafeteria goulash, thinking that it gives him hallucinations. He and his girlfriend, Julie have recently joined Ivan Bezdomny's band of investigators. He usually wears a t-shirt resembling the Flag of Canada. While it has yet to be mentioned in the webcomic, one of the websites donation animations revealed that as a girl, Scott is named Kelly Winters. As a female, Scott wears a similar outfit and has brown hair (the donation animation showed Kelly having a ponytail - in the comic, it isn't)
