Sylvia is an Australian exchange student attending Tandy Gardens High School. She is short and constantly wears a fisherman style floppy hat. She currently occupies a slot on the TGHS Cheer Squad as the school mascot, the Fightin' 'Roo, likely typecast because of her nation of origin.
