Ti'el is a government agent who have came to Tandy and became involved in the lives of the students of Tandy Gardens High School. Ti'el, who is an extra-terrestrial, was kidnapped by D.O.L.L.Y. and used as the first test-subject for the Transparent Cylinder of Death. She was affected by the feminine pride gas, but was freed of this by her partner Glock who came to rescue her. Ti'el is a purple tentacled humanoid alien with green eyes and green hairlike tentacles. Male Ti'el had a bald head and a tentacle "beard".
